Pierre Daher was born near to the Israel-Lebanon border into a Maronite Catholic family on July 10, 1960. He studied as a construction engineer in Beirut, but later turned to the medicine, when moved to Brussels in 1981. He went to Budapest because of financial problems, where his brother, Ziad learnt. Later their younger brother, Paul also started his studies here. Pierre finished higher education at Semmelweis University (SOTE) and started work for the hospital in Miskolc as a surgeon. Since 1996 he practiced as a GP in Szendrld. He became a Hungarian citizen in 2000. He served as head of the consulting room in Edelny since that time. He became a member of the local representative body in 2002, as a member of the Fidesz. Since 2008 he is the director of the Koch Rbert Hospital in Edelny.
He ran for the parliamentary seat for Edelny in the 2010 general elections, but former Fidesz member and independent candidate, Oszkr Molnr defeated him. However Pierre Daher became Member of Parliament from county list a month later, when replaced Ildik Pelczn Gll, who was appointed Member of the European Parliament (replacing Pl Schmitt).
When the national board of Fidesz dissolved its local organization in Edelny due to internal conflicts in May 2015, Daher did not apply to join the re-established branch after his local rival Balzs Loj was elected chairman, thus his party membership officially ceased in October 2015.
Tangl was born the son of a cloth-maker in Budapest in 1866. He attended the University of Budapest and graduated with a degree in medicine. He next was provided with a one-year traineeship general hospitals and medical institutions, and spent half a year in 1887 in Kiel, dealing primarily with histology. On April 1 of the same year, he received a post as an assistant in histology in the medical schools embryology division at Graz. Eventually received the Schordann Zsigmond scholarship to study abroad, the study of bacteriology as an assistant to Paul Clemens von Baumgarten at the University of Tbingen. At the same time, he worked as a doctor for a short period of time at the Krankenhaus am Urban hospital in Berlin while studying under Robert Koch and Ludwig. It was at this time he laid the foundations for the Baumgarten-Tangl law. University of Tbingens Professor Walter Flemming offered him a position as a lecturer, but he returned home due to homesickness in 1891.
